Mindanao (including Bukidnon)
Estimated delivery: 2–4 business days

Luzon and Visayas
Estimated delivery: 4–7 business days

Delivery timelines may vary depending on courier operations, weather conditions, holidays, or remote area coverage.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

DK Apparel offers Cash on Delivery (COD) for selected locations in the Philippines.

With COD, you can pay for your order directly to the courier upon delivery.

Please note:

  • COD may only be available in areas supported by our courier partners.

  • Customers must ensure someone is available to receive and pay for the order upon delivery.

  • Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in future COD restrictions.

Local Pick-Up (Valencia City)

Customers located near Valencia City, Bukidnon may choose Local Pick-Up during checkout.

Details:

  • Pick-up location: Pinatilan, Valencia City, Bukidnon

  • Orders are usually ready for pick-up within 1–2 business days

  • Our team will notify you once your order is ready for collection

Please bring your order confirmation when picking up your item.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number that allows you to follow your parcel’s journey.

Tracking updates depend on the courier system and may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.

Shipping Fees
