Refund & Return Policy
At DK Apparel, every piece is carefully produced and inspected before shipping. Because many of our items are part of limited releases and small-batch production, we maintain a strict but fair return policy to ensure product quality and order accuracy.
Please read the guidelines below before requesting a return or exchange.
1. Return Eligibility
Returns may be requested within 7 days from the date your order is delivered.
To qualify for a return, the item must:

Be unworn, unused, and unwashed

Be free from stains, odor, or damage

Include original tags and packaging

Be in the same condition as when it was delivered
DK Apparel only accepts returns for verified order issues, such as receiving the wrong item or receiving a damaged product.
If the incorrect size was selected during checkout, the order will not qualify for return or exchange.
2. Requesting a Return
To request a return, contact our support team within 7 days of delivery.

Clear photos of the item

A short explanation of the issue
Our team will review the request and provide instructions if the return is approved.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us immediately.
For verification purposes:

Record a video while opening the package

Take clear photos of the item and packaging
Send the video and photos to support@dkapparel.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Once confirmed, DK Apparel will:

Send a replacement item, or
-
Issue a full refund
For verified store errors, DK Apparel will cover all return and replacement shipping costs.
4. Exchanges
Exchanges are only possible when the issue is caused by DK Apparel, including:

Wrong item sent

Wrong size sent by the store

Manufacturing defect
Items cannot be exchanged if the customer selected the wrong size or product variation during checkout.
We recommend checking our size guide carefully before placing your order.
5. Refund Processing
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the result.
If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Please note that banking or payment providers may require additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
6. Items That Cannot Be Returned
Certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including:

Limited edition drops

Clearance or final sale products

Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

Products without original tags or packaging

Orders where the customer selected the wrong size or style
7. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs depend on the reason for the return:

If the return is due to a DK Apparel mistake, we will cover the shipping costs.

If a return is approved for any other reason, shipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer.
